High Temperature Transponder

Hello,

We are looking for a high temperature transponder to use in our application. At present we are using a glass transponder from TI 23mm x 4mm and require a tag the same size but one that will work at 150 Deg C.

Does anyone know of such a tag, or anywhere that would be interested in the manufacture of one ??
